Fees Counselling sessions last 50 minutes, normally on a weekly basis at a time agreed between us. In the first session we will meet and you can see a little of how I work as a counsellor. Then you can decide whether you feel that we can work effectively together. During this session we will discuss a plan which is then mutually agreed upon. The plan includes allocating a specific slot of time with the therapist for the client’s sessions. Thereafter, sessions are £70. Currently I have availability. Low Cost Counselling I am able to offer a reduced rate in certain circumstances, but there are a limited number of reduced cost spaces available.
